This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for what you get. The attention to detail is evident in the rooms, with their huge, good-looking wooden wardrobes and views over the slopes. The location is also a plus, being near restaurants and shops, as well as being close to the train station for easy access to the Parsenn ski area.
The hotel could improve on the noise issue mentioned in one of the reviews.

We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hotel. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and on the Christmas tree were amazing. The hotel's location was very convenient, right in the heart of the city, close to all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The ski-in and ski-out option was a great advantage, making it easy for us to hit the slopes right from the hotel. The complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was an added bonus that we enjoyed every day.
We had some difficulty with noise from the hotel's music bar, which kept us up for a few hours every night. We also found the room's heating system to be inconsistent, with moments where it would feel quite chilly.

Great amenities and perfect location. the rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable, plus the room service was prompt and reliable. I also appreciated the free shuttle service from the airport and the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. the hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.
The noise level was a bit high, as there was a nightclub nearby that could be heard from the room. the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure in the shower was low.
