Amazing staff, helpful and friendly. Large and clean room. Gorgeous location in Davos. Good breakfast and nice room.

Guests can reach the hotel within a few minutes from Davos platz railway station. the large and clean rooms offer a comfortable stay with huge wooden wardrobes for storage. Bathrooms are spacious and practical. the helpful and friendly staff adds to the overall positive experience.

Like many city hotels, noise from surrounding establishments can be heard in the rooms.

We spent a wonderful Christmas holiday at this hotel. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and on the Christmas tree were amazing. The hotel's location was very convenient, right in the heart of the city, close to all the shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The ski-in and ski-out option was a great advantage, making it easy for us to hit the slopes right from the hotel. The complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby was an added bonus that we enjoyed every day.

We had some difficulty with noise from the hotel's music bar, which kept us up for a few hours every night. We also found the room's heating system to be inconsistent, with moments where it would feel quite chilly.

The noise level was a bit high, as there was a nightclub nearby that could be heard from the room. the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure in the shower was low.
